 Cancellation and Customer PolicyNew Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled at anytime. All orders canceled within 12hrs will receive a full refund. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING. Customers who do not cancel within 12hrs of order will be charged a 15% restocking and processing fee. Customers cancelling non custom orders after shipment are responsible for freight charges incurred by Plastic-Mart.Com Inc on their behalf. Custom orders (Orders that have fittings or modifications that are not standard) are non refundable or exchangable at time of completion. All molds designed by Plastic-Mart Inc will be done at no charge to the customer as long as Plastic-Mart Inc is running the product.
