Cancellation and Customer PolicyNew Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment occurs ONLY by submitting an order cancellation request.
Phone or e-mail cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED.
All orders canceled within 12hrs will receive a full refund.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED USING THIS ONLINE FORM.
Customers who do not cancel within 12hrs of order will be charged a 25% restocking and processing fee. Customers cancelling non-custom orders after shipment are responsible for freight charges incurred by Plastic-Mart.Com Inc on their behalf.
Custom orders (Orders that have fittings or modifications that are not standard) are non refundable AND MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED at time of completion. Thank you 4/17/2012 Updated
