Cancellation and Customer PolicyNew Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment occurs ONLY by submitting an order cancellation request.
Phone or e-mail cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED USING THIS ONLINE FORM.
Cancellation of an order, which has already been processed or prepared for shipment, is subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee. Customers cancelling non-custom orders after shipment are responsible for freight charges incurred by Plastic-Mart.Com Inc on their behalf.
Chemtainer Industries:
Any product ordered which is manufactured by Chemtainer Industries is subject to a 25% restocking fee on returned items. Approval is needed to return your items. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been produced, EVEN IF they have not shipped.
Dura-Cast Tanks:
Dura-Cast’s manufacturing policy does not allow for cancellations or returns once the tank(s) have been manufactured (even if not yet shipped). Dura-Cast tanks are manufactured when ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please re-measure your dimensions before ordering.
Peabody Tanks & Fittings:
Peabody does not accept returns without prior authorization. All merchandise subject to a 30% Restocking Charge.
Poly-Mart Tanks:
Poly-Mart’s manufacturing policy does not allow for cancellations or returns once the tank(s) have been manufactured (even if not yet shipped). Poly-Mart tanks are manufactured when ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please re-measure your dimensions before ordering.
Ronco Marine & RV Tanks:
Ronco tanks are custom tanks and are manufactured when ordered. The manufacturer does not accept returns on any marine or RV tanks or cancellations on orders where the tank has already been manufactured (but not yet shipped). We apologize for the inconvenience. Please remeasure your dimensions before ordering.
Rotoplas Tanks:
Rotoplas’s manufacturing policy does not allow for cancellations or returns once the tank(s) have been manufactured (even if not yet shipped). Rotoplas tanks are manufactured when ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please re-measure your dimensions before ordering.
Norwesco Tanks:
Norwesco's manufacturing policy prohibits cancellations of customized tanks or tanks with special color variations once they have been manufactured (even if they have not yet been shipped). Blemished tanks may only be cancelled prior to shipping and are not eligible for return. Approval is needed for all returns and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. We apologize for any inconvenience. It is recommended that you remeasure your dimensions before placing an order.
Custom orders (Orders that have fittings or modifications that are not standard) are non refundable AND MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED at time of completion. Thank you 4/17/2012 Updated
Rotationally Molded Tanks and Parts:
All dimensions are outside part dimensions in inches and may vary by the Standard Rotational Molding Tolerance of +/- 3%
Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Items that are used or worn will not be accepted for refund or credit.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Plastic-Mart reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Plastic-Mart will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
