The Tank Depot offers Norwesco low profile tanks, which have been on the market since 2012. They come in 500, 750, 1,000, 1,250 and 1,500 gallon capacities. The tanks are molded in a single piece using Norwesco's proprietary method with no additional assembly required, significantly reducing the time and effort needed for installation.
Low profile hauling tanks have caught the eye of both professional and novice haulers as their slosh reduction ribs provide excellent structural support. With a specific gravity rating of 1.5 (12.5 lbs. per gallon) these monsters are ready to roll.
Many stationary applications have also benefited from the special size of these tanks, including going under houses and cabins. All are designed for storage and non-DOT regulated transport applications.

Septic tanks are an essential part of the septic system. They help break down and separate the waste in household wastewater. Traditional septic tanks are concrete, but high-quality polyethylene is another popular option for tanks if you want a system that is affordable, easier to install and more resistant to rust and corrosion. It is also a great choice if you want a low profile option
Besides an easier installation, there are other benefits to choosing a low profile septic tank, including:
- The rotationally molded, single-piece tank design means there are no seams, so it will not leak.
- No special backfill or water filling is required during installation.
- May be pumped dry during pump-outs.
- May be installed with 6" to 36" of cover.
- Access openings and lids accept Norwesco low profile manhole extension, double-wall corrugated pipe and ribbed PVC pipe.
- Tanks are available with PVC tees and gaskets supplied loose or with installed PVC tees and septic adapters.
- Double compartment = 2/3 - 1/3.
- Can be used as septic tank, pump tank or for non-potable water.
