ProChem® Process Chemical Tanks, constructed from linear and crosslink polyethylene, are designed for agricultural and industrial chemical applications that require a single-walled tank. These tanks typically feature a molded pump mounting platform, along with standard process fittings for filling and discharging chemicals, water, and food products. ProChem® Tanks come equipped with a vented access opening, easy-to-read calibration in liters and gallons, and other standard features not previously available.

• Customizable: Available in 1.5 or 1.9 specific gravity and multiple material options including LPE, XLPE, PPL, and PVDF to suit various product needs
• Heavy Duty Construction: Built to withstand demanding environments
• Molded-In Calibration: Gallons and liters for easy visual level reference. Blackened-in calibration numbering available at an additional cost
• Large Pump Mounting Platform: Supports direct mounting of chemical feed pumps up to 225 lbs/102.6 kg with pump suction connection (up to 300 gallons)
• Standard Top Process Fittings: For convenient top fill, discharge connections, and level sensors on tanks 300 gallons and below
• Various Sizes: Available in sizes from 25 to 1500 gallons
• Optional Features: Seismic/wind restraint systems, agitation, process connections, and more to meet specific requirements
• Tanks made from Linear Polyethylene (LPE) are ALS Group USA, Corp. NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 Certified.
