The On the Shelf prepackaged basin assembly is a complete system featuring a 2 HP Model WDH820 grinder pump with Tri-Slice® cutter technology, a 24″ x 48″ basin, an alarm panel, and float switches. The 200-230 Volt Model 820 grinder pump efficiently reduces solids to 1/8″ for demanding sewage applications, featuring a cast iron body, stainless steel hardware, and a hardwired wide-angle float for automatic operation.
The job-ready 24″ x 48″ fiberglass basin includes Zoeller’s Z-Rail system for easy installation, a ball and check valve, 2″ discharge plumbing, and a 300 PSF-rated fiberglass cover. It ships with a 4″ inlet and two 2″ pipe seals (vent/conduit) for field drilling. An integral anti-flotation device (AFD) secures the basin against high water tables.
The NEMA 4X A-Pak alarm provides audible (85 dB at 10′) and visual (red LED) high water warnings to prevent overflow. It includes a Silence/Reset/Test toggle switch and a durable, variable level control switch.
