The poly tank was made with FDA-approved resin that complies with FDA standards 21 CFR 177.1520 (1) 3.1 and 3.2 for the storage of potable water.

The Norwesco 10000 gallon vertical water storage tank has a specific gravity rating of 1, making it safe for potable water storage. It features a 22" threaded vented manway, and a 2" polypropylene female npt bulkhead fitting outlet.

The black or dark green color limits light penetration which reduces the growth of water-borne algae.
